Meetings & scheduling · API Key

Use Fathom in Okou

Fathom API for listing meeting recordings, reading transcripts and summaries, inspecting teams and users, downloading recordings, and managing Fathom webhooks.

Once connected, supported Fathom actions can become steps in a reusable workflow alongside the other services your team uses. Run the workflow once, on a schedule, or when an event starts it.

What you can do with Fathom

  • Read meetings and meeting types visible to the connected Fathom user, including optional summaries, transcripts, action items, highlights, and CRM matches.
  • Start asynchronous recording media generation, which consumes Fathom download request capacity.
  • Read team members visible to the connected Fathom user, optionally filtered by team.
  • Create a Fathom webhook that sends meeting content to a user-confirmed external destination.
  • Read recording download status; a completed response includes a short-lived signed URL that must be treated as credential-bearing.
  • Read the teams visible to the connected Fathom user.
  • Fetch a recording summary or transcript; the same operations can post results to a destination_url, so this mixed-behavior access is not default-allowed.
  • Read account users and their permissions; Fathom restricts this operation to account administrators.
